And this year, following the success of the previous collaboration, this 5th program has timely matched the recruitment information with job seekers of Japanese enterprises and Vietnamese engineers in the context of revival after the COVID pandemic in both nations.
Students take advantages of this Job Matching Program to define their job orientation and get access to job opportunities early and proactively. In addition, young engineers get accustomed to the practical interview process with employers.
Higher educational institutions take this precious opportunity to review their training systems, promote the training of qualified students in order to meet the increasing demands of society, and at the same time contribute to the development of the country. In particular, engineers not only devote their talents to companies but also serve as a bridge between Vietnamese and Japanese units in order to strengthen the friendly cooperation relationship between the two countries.
Speaking of the main content of the program, breakrooms were created. In each room, enterprises introduce their company and students ask questions to employers clarifying job descriptions and benefits.
